Had big aspirations for this Monday, but instead ended up with another 12-hour workday, an hour homeowner’s association meeting, and a 3-mile run. I’m out of hours. :-P

So, I was inspired by Ben Davis (ben doeslife.com) to start my own blog.
I would like to call myself a runner and feel like one too, and I'm hoping to lose a few pounds and get healthier along the way. I figured if I put it up for all to see, I'd be accountable. So here we go!
